During the booking process in the “Handicap Access” field, indicate if you need a wheelchair space. It is recommended that you always book a MiniVan if you need a wheelchair space. Folding wheelchairs are considered as one piece of luggage.
What should I do if my flight arrived earlier?
If your flight arrives earlier, your driver will be in the agreed place, as we follow the flights. Therefore, it is very important to leave accurate information and the exact number of flight when booking a transfer.
I missed my flight, what should I do?
Should you miss your flight, please contact us by phone number on your confirmation number, stating the number of the reservation.
How can I find my driver?
If the airport is located, the driver will wait for you at the exit, after you pass the passport control and downloaded the luggage. The driver will wait for you and keep the board with your name. Please provide a copy of your booking confirmation to the driver.
Important note: In case your flight is delayed or canceled, please call the emergency number listed on the booking confirmation to advise on the changes.
